House and Cottages ceased operation in late fall of 2004. This page is being
left here only for the purposes of keeping island history.
Ile de
Fleurs House on Middle Bass Island offers accommodations to guests for overnight
or by the week. It is near the west shore of the island and is easily reached
from the ferry dock and the public marina. Recreational facilities include an
outdoor patio and beach.

The Cottages:
We
have one small cottage, four large 2 bedroom cottages, and two 2-bedroom mobile
homes on the east side of the island. All have hot and cold running water,
bathrooms, electric appliances and a private beach. The cottages all have
screened porches. Everything is furnished except linens. We also rent on a
monthly or a seasonal basis.
EACH UNIT ACCOMMODATES NO MORE THAN SIX PEOPLE (INCLUDING CHILDREN). IF YOU HAVE
ADDITIONAL PEOPLE IN YOUR PARTY, PLEASE CHECK WITH US IN ADVANCE AS TO
AVAILABILITY OF EXTRA COTTAGES OR ROOMS.
NO
CAMPERS OR TENTS USED FOR SLEEPING QUARTERS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
We ask
a $75.00 deposit per unit in advance on all cottages, mobile homes and apartment
reservations. We have a two-day minimum charge on all the cottages, mobile
homes, and the apartment, but not on rooms. All deposits are non-refundable.
No
cottage reservations for less than a full week are taken for June, July, or
August. If you wish a weekend only during that time, please notify us and if we
still have an opening within ten days of the time you wish to come, we will call
you. The week starts at noon on Saturday, and renters must vacate their
cottages by 8:30 AM the following Saturday morning.

There
is a $5.00 reduction on price on any two consecutive weeks’ rentals.

making a reservation, please give the number of people in your party. Whenever
possible, please make telephone calls from 12 noon to 1 PM or after 6 PM.
