Last Day of the Old Ferry Dock Being in Service September 9, 2004
Sept. 9 was the last day for the old dock. The pictures of the old and new dock below were taken on the 9th, the day before the new dock was to be used the first time.
While the new dock is not complete, it was necessary to make it usable so that the old dock could be torn down and construction could proceed with the new one.
