Middle Island and Pelee Island Items , 1887 and 1902

I recently obtained an 1887 letter to Middle Island via Pelee. It was to H. G. Stewart, the lighthouse keeper there, and may have contained his pay or some other official document because it was from the Ottawa Department of Marine.

The envelope had two enclosures, an 1887 article about Pelee and a money order receipt that appears to be dated 1902, from a money order sent by Mr. Stewart to a Mr. Campbell in Chatham, Ontario.

The pictures below are of the front and back of the envelope, and of the two enclosures.
