Middle Bass Island - Roesch Cottage Rentals

Two cottages on Middle Bass Island, in western Lake Erie, for rent. Both cottages are located on over 1 acre of waterfront property and offer scenic views of neighboring islands and natural wildlife. Middle Bass offers a quiet retreat where swimming, fishing, walking, and bicycling are main activities. For more action---Put-In-Bay (www.putinbay.org) is a 15 minute boat ride away where you can enjoy golf, winery and cave tours, golf cart rentals and views from the 352 foot Perry’s Monument.

Middle Bass is accessible via the Miller Ferry. You can bring your car and boat on this 40 minute ride. Reservations for cars and boats are required. Telephone 1-800-500-2421 or view information on the internet www.millerferry.com.

The Roesch Cottage:

	3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bath

Rental Information:

	$900 per week, 10am Sunday to 12pm Saturday
	$250 deposit required (will be refunded if cancellation is 30 days prior to rental period).
	no smoking in the house
	renter must provide linen and towels
	Bottled water provided (1 bottle per week/additional bottled water available at the General Store.) Both cottages are served by well water which is tested for safety.
